Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cricket West Indies (CWI), Johnny Grave says the regional board will support the push by the International Cricket Council (ICC) to have the sport being played at the Olympic Games.
Earlier this week, the ICC continued with its push for a return of cricket to the Olympics, having recently asked all its members to report on the potential financial benefits of its inclusion.
When contacted by Radio Jamaica Sports, Grave said CWI was fully in support of the sport being played at that level.
He said a part of the process will be to gauge different territories to who will have to be supported by their Olympic associations.
